Girlyne White
pronounce as " Girl-len", like it's spelled, but my friends call me Gigi.
I was born in the Philippines but grew up in West Texas. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and a proud mom to a nine years old boy with two lovely mutts.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management. With over 10 years experience in the specialty food market industry. Having my own business helped me gain more experience on how to run a profitable business which includes marketing, accounting, food research, customer service. I am a foodie at heart and I like to experiment with flavors in my kitchen. My first business taught me a lot about food innovation, community, and customer relations.
I am currently working as an administrative assistant at a Country Club and I'm learning a lot about customer relations, real estate, and development management.
I like to volunteer and be involved in my community. I am currently a director for an Asian cultural non-profit organization. My job included establishing a local Asian Cultural Center and create educational programs such as cooking and free educational classes. I also help organize and coordinate fundraisers and festivals along with the board of directors.

My grandfather passed on his artistic talents down the line and I am one of the many grand kids who inherited such a gift. Along with my cooking abilities, I am an aspiring artist, blog writer, and jewelry designer with a background in computer graphic designs.
Among other things, I like to do gardening, home organization, interior home designs, spending time with my family and traveling. I like to learn new things and meet new people.
I created this website to share my exciting ventures as I learn and grow as an artist and as a person. I have tabs to guide you to the things that I do. Follow me in a world of food, fashion, crafts, and travels. Bamboo Flowers is my studio where I do all my work.
